Handmade icon of Holy Matrona

Handwritten icon of the Holy Matrona with the effect of artificial aging. The size of the icon is 17 x 21 cm (6.7 x 8.3 inches). The thickness of the board is 2.5 cm (about 1 inch). Pavoloka, levkas was previously applied to the board; the background and halo are gilded with gold leaf, the image is painted with natural pigments, the technique of artificial aging of the icon is also used.
