Passion icon of the Mother of God

Handwritten icon of the Holy Mother of God, written on a linden board with oak veneers, on which pavoloka and levkas were applied, the icon is painted with natural pigments on egg yolk, the background and nimbus are gilded with gold leaf, oreamental embossing and carving are performed, also on the nimbus and crowns, cold enamel.
The size of the icon is 18 x 22 cm (7 x 8.7 inches).
Board thickness 2.5 cm (1 inch)
